Hochschulsportfest

The Hochschulsportfest will take place on Wednesday, June 5, 2024! Look forward to sport, fun and partying at our SportCAMPUS at Moritzwinkel. In addition to the traditional tournaments, there are also plenty of side events waiting for you.

Tournaments

The tournaments in basketball, beach volleyball, soccer, tennis as well as dodgeball and roundnet will ensure a sporty atmosphere and a good atmosphere on the SportCAMPUS from 1 pm. Registration for the tournaments is possible from May 6, 2024 at 10 am. All students, employees, alumni and external athletes are invited to get active themselves or come along and cheer on the teams!

Registration and tournament rules:

All team sports are played exclusively in mixed format! We want the Hochschulsportfest to be a broad-based, colorful sports event in which everyone can participate equally.

Side events

Fitness special: Try out various introductory offers for FitCard courses free of charge at our fitness special. Our trainers will get you sweating to motivating beats on the basketball court outside or in Hall 3.

CAMPUSFit: The "Bring a friend" campaign will take place at CAMPUSFit between 10 am and 6 pm. Bring your friend to your favorite studio so they can get to know it. Also wanted: The strongest arms on the SportCAMPUS - take part in the "arm wrestling" contest.

KletterCAMPUS: For all adventure-seekers, there is the opportunity to try out our climbing wall from 3 pm to 5 pm and gain your first experience of climbing. You can take part free of charge and without registration.

Live music and finale: The successful conclusion of the tournament will be celebrated with live music on the basketball court from around 9 pm. The soul band tiefblau will provide an atmospheric finale to the evening.
 

Respect & fair play

We want SportCAMPUS to be a safe place for everyone and are actively opposed to discrimination, assaultive behaviour and sexualized violence. If you have any problems, you can contact our staff on site. Please take note of the notices at the event regarding contact options on site.
 

Waste disposal

For the sake of the environment, we ask you to be more mindful when reducing and disposing of waste. If everyone takes care of each other and the grounds, we can ensure that the SportCAMPUS will be available without restrictions for the sports students of the Institute of Sports Science and for the sports practitioners of university sports on the day after the Hochschulsportfest. So please make sure that you do not leave your garbage lying around carelessly, but dispose of it in the numerous garbage cans.
 

Changed opening hours:

Please note our changed opening hours on June 5: CAMPUSFit and KletterCAMPUS are open from 10 am to 6 pm and the sauna from 1 pm to 6 pm. There will be no regular course program on this day!
