INCLUSIVE SPORTS

All university members, regardless of their abilities and physical or mental limitations, are welcome to use the entire range of sports on offer at the Zentrum für Hochschulsport. Unfortunately, not all sports facilities are fully accessible yet, and for some people, it might be difficult to fully participate without assistance. For this reason we have implemented various programs to empower everyone on their path to self-determined participation.

We offer

The buddy-project enables students and employees who may have difficulties participating without assistance to engage in the sports program by providing sports partners ("Buddies") who accompany their partners to classes.

In our inclusive sports courses, people with and without disabilities train together in small groups under experienced guidance. Our instructors are specially trained to empower all members to participate on an equal basis and to respond to their individual needs.

Our "CAMPUSFit for everyone" program was established offer everyone exercise tailored to their specific individual needs. We offer support via personalized consultation and personal training.
