The lecture period of the summer semester is drawing to a close and the examination phase and subsequent semester break are just around the corner. The Center for University Sports (ZfH) also offers a varied sports program during the lecture-free period.
The sports program for the lecture-free period can be viewed from 12 July under Sports A-Z Summer. Registration for the additional courses will be open from Monday, July 15 at 10:00 am. The courses of the vacation program will start on 29 July 2024.
ATTENTION: The semester card is valid for the entire semester - if you have already attended courses during the lecture period, you do NOT need to book the semester card again. Sports enthusiasts who have a valid FitCard or are members of the CAMPUSFit fitness studio also meet the booking requirements for course registrations.
Summer break
University Sports will be taking a short summer break from July 15 to July 28. During this period, there will be no sports courses in the basic program and, for the most part, no additional courses. The KletterCAMPUS is closed for free climbing.
However, individual sports activities on the SportCAMPUS and in the gym are still possible during this period. Courses in water sports, climbing and group fitness (FitCard) will also take place.

FitCard Summer Special
The "FitCard Summer Special" gives you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the FitCard offers during the summer break. If you don't have a FitCard yet, you can book the FitCard Summer Special and take part in the Gropfitness courses from 15 July to 28 July. The use of the GYM CAMPUSFit is NOT possible with the FitCard Summer Special. The FitCard Summer Special costs € 5 for students, € 8 for employees and € 12 for external students.
Vacation special at the CAMPUSFit fitness studio
In the period from 01.08. to 30.09.2024, the university's own gym CAMPUSFit also offers "vacation specials".
Secure extra training months or train flexibly
All students who sign a contract for a period of six months or more during the above-mentioned period will receive at least one extra month of training.
For all those who do not want to commit themselves and prefer to train flexibly, the 12-month card is the right offer. The 12-user card costs €63.00 for students or €85.50 for employees. The 12-ticket is only available during the promotional period while stocks last.
