The sports program for the summer semester is online! Around 100 sports are on the program this semester. Online registration begins on April 2. The program starts the following week on 8 April.

Warm-Up-Week
The proof of the pudding is in the eating! We are offering the Warm-Up Week from April 2 to 7, 2024 for anyone interested in getting to know university sports and trying it out without obligation. During this week, you can try out the FitCard courses and the basic and additional offers free of charge and without registering.

Registration for the sports program
In order to avoid server overloads, registrations will begin with a staggered start:
From April 2, the booking requirement (semester card, FitCard) can be booked online in advance. It will be valid from the start of the program on 8 April.
From April 8, registration will be possible for all status groups (students, employees, external students). Online booking will be activated at the following times:
- from 10:00 a.m. - online booking open for:
Ball sports, budo and martial arts, setback games
- from 11:00 a.m. - online booking open for:
movement arts, health courses, kids & family, climbing, rollers and bikes, dance, water sports, other sports
- NEW: from 14:00 - online booking open for:
CAMPUSliga beach volleyball, soccer and tennis

Events in the summer semester 2024
In addition to a varied course program, special events are once again on the calendar this semester. The Hochschulsportfest on June 5 promises fun, games and partying. We are also looking forward to the adh-Open Floorball, which will take place from 18-19 May 2024, and the German University Championships (DHM) Triathlon, which will be integrated into the Steinhuder Meer Triathlon on June 8.
